Product Description

Copper Clad Steel CCS Wire:
We use cladding or plating craft to make copper around steel coils and create atom bonds between the two metals, so the producers can be processed (annealing) as single metal. During drawing process, the diameters of copper and steel will change at the same rate and the percentage of copper volume keeps the same.

CCS wire can be divided into six types by conductivity: 15%CCS,18%CCS,21%CCS, 25%CCS, 30%CCS,40%CCS
Two mechanical Status: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn(H)
More CCS wires available on demand: silver plated copper clad steel wire or tinned copper clad steel wire
